How to apply: (T) Topical: dilute the oil with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil and almond oil are common carriers) or lotion and apply to concerned area. Follow recommended maximum topical use level to avoid skin irritation. (D) Diffusion: can be used in a diffuser and inhaled. (I) Internal: suitable for internal use with proper guidance from health care or medical practitioner. NOTE: Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. For internal use: peppermint oil could increase heart palpitations and stimulate the liver. If you have heart or liver problems, please consult a physician prior to use. The maximum topical use is 5.4%. This can be applied topically as desired for pain, but avoid tender tissues (e.g. such as a gash or a tear). Good for aching joints and sore muscles.
