Description
How to apply: (T) Topical: dilute the oil with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil and almond oil are common carriers) and apply to concerned area. However, do not exceed maximum dermal use level to avoid skin irritation. The maximum dermal use level is 1%, which is 1 drop in 3 ml of carrier. Use caution with hypersensitive, diseased or damaged skin. Ensure proper dilution: test on small area of skin. (I) Internal: suitable for internal use with proper guidance from health care or medical practitioner.
Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before use. Avoid using on infants or very young children. Essential oils, by their concentrated nature, may sometimes cause sensitivity if used in their undiluted form.
Contraindications for medical/health conditions: Medication incompatibility with all routes for: antibiotics, antidepressants/CYP2B6 substrates. Orally incompatible with: diabetes, ephedrine, anticoagulant medication, major surgery, peptic ulcer, hemophilia, and other bleeding disorders.

I highly recommend this essential oil! For years, I have been told about oregano’s extraordinary powers like how its antioxidants, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory. Ever since I started taking this essential oil and the core bundle, I have not gotten cold this year or the last. This is pretty interesting because I would always get a cold during the fall season without fail for as long as I could remember. Again, I highly recommend this product and the core bundle as well!
