About Me

Renee has been a certified AFAA (Aerobic & Fitness Association of America) instructor for over 25 years, a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, a Natural Health Coach, an Ordained Minister, and was a Massage Therapist for 12 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and has several other certifications/experience/studies that she would be happy to discuss with you if you are interested.

Together with her husband Rick, Renee has been involved in the prophetic/praise/worship/marketplace ministry for over 20 years.

Renee has led large and small groups and individuals through many different types of “movement” sessions and coaching. I grew up in a wonderful loving Italian home so, as you could imagine, there were lots of “get-togethers” and lots of food.  I am incredibly blessed to have grown up with such love and a sense of family. I started out pretty cute (don’t ya think?) and “normal” weight but, as you may have guessed, I did not stay very small for very long.  Once third grade hit, forget about it…eating waLittle Renees just something you “did”, it had NOTHING to do with hunger or nourishment. And frankly,  I didn’t know or care much about my health.  As I grew older I realized I didn’t like the way I looked or felt and decided to do something about it. I completely understand what it feels like to hate your body.  So, through many different avenues, I started to learn as much as I could about our wonderful, amazing bodies.

One of the reasons for Pizazz Moves is to create a place for people of all ages to feel comfortable while they are learning about themselves and their bodies. My desire is to inspire you to want to discover your potential and unleash your passion while gaining EnergyStrength, and Pizazz!

So, that’s why I created the Pizazz Pipeline Party for groups and Personalized Pizazz Puzzle for individuals.

I will provide you with a path that is informative, inspirational and “doable” so you can live the healthy, vibrant life you have always dreamed of… and feel GOOOOOD!
